I see a design I like but not on the clothing I want?

We are here for you! Reach out on our contact page or email us at info@toked.com. We'll do our best to get you the design you want on any type of clothing we have access to. We like happy customers!

Are the hoodies unisex?

Our hoodies are unisex. Feel free to check out the Men's or Women's hoodies and grab what you like!

What is POD?

POD stands for Print on Demand. That means we create orders just for you! You get a fresh brand new shirt (or whatever item of clothing you order) printed when you order and packed up just for you. NO old shirts that have been lying around full of dust. NO clothing that has been tried on and placed back on the racks for you to buy. NO returned clothing deemed sanitary and restocked. With on demand production, not only are you getting the newest version of your favorite gear, everything is made to order specially for you which creates less waste and reduces your carbon footprint! Its great for the environment too!

What countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world! To inquire about shipping to a specific destination, please contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently we offer free shipping in the United States on all orders. We are working with our carriers to expand our free shipping offering to other countries.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item of clothing?

Don't worry! We accept returns for any damaged, misprinted or
defective items.  Any claims for such items must be submitted within 14
days after the clothing has been received. Please contact
info@toked.com first if you plan to return your item.  In addition to the defect, damage or misprint needing to be documented all returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, dog hair, smoke or wear, etc) with all product tags/labels attached in the original packaging. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
